  • Must have proven successful interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with staff at all levels, vendors, clients and visitors. Minimum of 5 years experience in H.R. management with progressively increased responsibility.
  • Ability to approach complex and sensitive issues in a pragmatic way
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong recruiting background
  • Ability to apply sound employee management practices, coach/advise managers through difficult, complex, potentially litigious situations.
  • Advanced computer skills, excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal communication in English/Bengali a plus.

    Job Summary: The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for managing all aspects of the H.R. function including, but not limned to
  • Development of HRM policies and procedures, guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal, etc.
  • Competent in the latest developments in HR matters and to develop IT based systems to ensure better in-house ability to manage personnel issues.
  • Provide standards, advice and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (Job assessment) of employees within the set time frame
