Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist & support remote user & ensure secured mobile connectivity.
  • Establish LAN from scratch.
  • Should be confident to work as an IT Expert for Depot / Branch Offices.
  • Decent & polite enough to work for Top level management.
  • Provide technical solution for IT devices.
  • Deliver user training.
  • Co-ordinate with ERP, MIS and other software Team.
  • Work closely with the other team members with positive team player attitude.
  • Report every work status to concerned Team Lead
Educational Requirements
    B.Sc. Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Physics from any reputed University.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age below or equal to 28 year(s)
  • Experience on Windows / Linux Platform.
  • Strong understanding of TCP / IP
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skill, positive attitude.
  • Must be a team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic & motivated to work under extreme pressure.
  • Experience not mandatory but 6 Months work experience in system/user support, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Knowledge on VB6/SQL Server 2000 will be an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or Diploma in accounting, secretarial skills
  • Job Requirements

  • Proactive personality with quick understanding and self-initiative

  • Job Description
    The incumbent candidate shall be responsible for but not limited to the following:
  • Preparation of vouchers, bills, receipts
  • Entry of vouchers into accounting software
  • Filing of documents according to GTZ standards
  • Running of official errands and assisting with other office services
    This includes-
  • Ensure that all correspondence and other documentation is filed according to the project filing structure
  • Support office/project logistics, e.g. takes letters to the post office or to the courier
  • Make photocopies and scans documents if and when required
  • Maintain office equipment including photocopiers
  • Run errands for the project, e.g. delivery of letters/messages, payment of bills,
  • Manage delivery of letters and documents
  • Make bank deposits and withdrawals as required by supervisor.
  • Make purchases of office supplies as directed by supervisor
  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of necessary office supplies and office equipment, including minor repairs of equipment and furniture
  • Report major damages of office premises and equipment
  • Organise and follows-up proper maintenance and repair of office premises and equipment
  • Assist in and/or carries out other activities and tasks, as assigned
  • Assist in the logistical management of the meetings/room(s)
  • Ensure the availability of hot coffee and tea
  • Meet guests and visitors with a friendly demeanour
  • Serve coffee and tea to guests and visitors, during meetings, etc., as per request
  • Manage stores/office supplies
